Carols by the Beach is happening again on the 4th of December at Plimmerton School. It will be a fantastic time of carol singing and sharing the story of Jesus' birth with the community.
As always with Carols we are trying to make it bigger and better each year. The carols organising committee are really pleased to announce that New Zealand music award winning artist Julia Grace will be singing at Carols By The Beach in December. Julia has a real heart for community and her down to earth, acoustic tinged musical style will fit well with the event. We see Julia’s attendance at the event as a real gift and blessing for the community.
And as usual the event will be free for all those attending. Please bring you picnic blankets and come and make an evening of the Carols by the Beach. There will be stands where you can purchase sausages and other items for dinner however you can also make use of the local fish and chippy, pizzaria and cafes in Plimmerton.
There will be bouncy castles, merry go round rides, miniature trains and face painting available for the children these will be free!
The event will start at 4pm and go through till 8pm.
It will go ahead rain or shine as we will use the Plimmerton School Hall as our back up venue.
We look forward to seeing you at Carols by the Beach 2010.
